Terri is great!! We had a bunch of problems with United Airlines changing flight schedules. Terri took care of all the issues with United, and changing all the other arrangements to accommodate United’s change in schedules. We looked at booking a very similar trip with Apple vacations and it ended up being slightly less expensive to use Terri, with an upgraded suite instead of a basic room. I 1000% recommend using Terri with Geneva Travel. ~ Jack G.

We have used Geneva Travel and Cruise 3 times now and each trip has been wonderful! This past trip to Europe was hard at first as my husband got sick our first few days and we thought we would have to cancel and head home. Terri was SO helpful and helped us find a doctor in the area where we were and get in touch with our travel insurance. Thankfully he felt better and we were able to continue our vacation, but her assistance was incredibly helpful and put both of us at ease during a stressful time! Terri was a delight to work with. She made all reservations and made sure we had an e-mail copy of everything. Right before the trip we received a packet with information about all our bookings, including a google map on how to drive to our destination.
